Whether you’re a mother, hope to be one, are navigating your own relationship with it, or simply feeling the weight of life lately - you’re welcome here.
The Self-Compassion Supper is an intimate, intentionally designed evening for women - created to offer space, perspective, and connection.
This Mother’s Day edition is about honouring the nurturing energy within all women - not just in how you show up for others, but in how you show up for yourself.
Through guided moments, conversation, and connection, you’ll be invited to step out of the constant doing, and back into yourself over an intentional curated evening, beautiful food and flowing wine.
Every detail is designed to feel intentional, calm, and elevated.

This will be my fourth Self-Compassion Supper, and the first I’m hosting this year.
Each one has evolved, deepened, and become more intentional and this one will be no different.
Guests will also receive an early, private introduction to something I’ve been building behind the scenes - shared in this setting before it’s released more widely.
